This will be one of our shorter blog posts and announcements. Notwithstanding, it’s our biggest upgrade and will have the biggest impact on our clients since LCC’s website first went live. With this software update, we are introducing cost-savings for our client collection law firms that was never before possible when it came to securing hearing coverage.

We are pleased to introduce “Cross-Client Bundles” or SuperBundles.

What is this, and how will this benefit you? Well, simply put, we are putting the efficiency of our attorney network to work for you and passing along the cost savings. For now on, LCC will track every hearing in every county in every court. When there are multiple hearings in the same court on the same day from different collection law firms, we will create a bundle and apply discounts for all of our law firms. Want an example?

Law Firm “A” posts a 9 hearing bundle in Marion County, Indiana on October 19, 2012 @ 9:00 a.m. Cost for Law Firm “A” – $294.75 or about $32/hearing

Law Firm “B” posts 1 hearing in Marion County, Indiana on October 19, 2012 @ 9:00 a.m. Cost for Law Firm “B” – $65.00

The LCC SuperComputer goes to work….and creates a SuperBundle!

End Result?

———————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

New cost per hearing: $30.25

Law Firm “A” Total Cost: $272.25

Law Firm “B” Total Cost: $30.25

———————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

This example just shows what happens when two firms are posting hearings in the same county. Think of the savings of 4 law firms, practicing in 3+ states, posting multiple hearings in multiple counties every day. I don’t think you need us to explain the benefits. Especially for those firms that use our system for their in-house attorneys/internal hearings.

This new feature will be activated on Sunday, October 28, 2012 @ 11:59 p.m. It will apply to all hearings posted on Monday, October 29, 2012 and in the future. It will not apply to hearings posted before then.

Contemplate this while you enjoy your weekend!
