As soon as the clients post the hearings, our system goes to work
When you sign up with us, we ask a few questions. You decide which areas you want to cover and how you prefer to be notified.
You can choose to be notified via email, text message, or push notifications from our mobile app.
We are one of a few attorney appearance services that utilize a mobile app. It’s free to download. You can use on Android, iPhone, or a tablet.
The app is not mandatory, but if you are on-the-go, it is a useful tool. You can use it to accept or reject hearings and even file reports.
Reject a hearing
You don’t have to accept every hearing we send your way. Whether you get notified by email or text, you can simply click on the link and reject the hearing. This stops our system from sending you repeated notifications for hearings that don’t get picked up right away.
Make an offer
Sometimes, a hearing takes place in a neighboring county or requires more preparation. You can place an offer on any hearing. If the client accepts your offer, the system will notify you right away.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still cover a hearing I initially rejected?
Yes, if it’s still available. On your attorney page, you will see a tab labeled “Rejected”. Click on the hearing of your choice and cover it.
I am getting too many notifications. What can I do?
You can simply unsubscribe from emails and texts. You will still be able to view hearings available in your area when you log in to your Docketly page. The beauty of being a court appearance attorney with Docketly is that you get to work as much or as little as you want. You can snooze notifications, you can also ask to be disabled for a period of time…
