Docketly is First of Its Kind to Complete SOC 2 Compliance & Certification
Docketly is pleased to announce that it recently received its first AICPA Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2) Report. This report provides detailed information regarding Docketly’s policies and controls relevant to security, availability, and confidentiality of data. The certification further reinforces Docketly’s leading position on compliance and security within the industry.
Docketly’s VP of Compliance and General Counsel, Eric Jungbauer, reiterated Docketly’s commitment to its customers’, and their clients’, information and data security. “Since 2010, customer service and confidence have been core beliefs of our small company. Our SOC 2 Type I certification is not only an added layer of protection for our clients but a clear indicator of our continuing pledge to develop strong, trusting, relationships with our partners and users.”
